George Miller to direct ‘Man of Steel 2’?
Snyder, who directed the first Man of Steel, will be too busy handling the double Justice League film to work on a proper Superman-centric sequel. Warner Bros. has been stating, on record, that Snyders Batman v Superman is fantastic, and they are going to want to ramp up production on follow up films nearly immediately.

Having steered Mad Max: Fury Road to glory for Warner Bros, and scoring tons of critical acclaim in the process, Miller is indeed a cracking candidate for the job.
And it’s not just idle speculation either.
If Schnepp is right, and Miller is directing Man of Steel 2, it will be the best decision DC Comics and Warner Bros. have made in regards to there film franchise.
The new rumor comes from Jon Schnepp, the director of The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened?
Henry Cavill is set to reprise his role as Superman in the sequel, which does not yet have a release date.
In a recent of episode of Popcorn Talk (via Comicbook.com) Schnepp briefly talks about another Superman film: Man of Steel 2. Furthermore, at one time, George Miller was set to direct Justice League Mortal.
So why should you believe this guy you probably never heard of? It seems like Mad Max: Fury Road director George Miller will get behind the wheel for Man of Steel 2.
Unlike Marvel Studios’ blockbuster line-ups, which are usually set in stone but remain subject to the occasional adjustment, the DC Comics Shared Cinematic Universe release schedule appears to be in constant flux.
This is a rumor at this point, but it has a few sources and a basis in reality. That’s not to say that movies like Suicide Squad and Batman v Superman won’t be good. So we know he loves the world.

Again it’s just a rumor but man, it makes so much sense and it would be incredible if he actually got to make a Man of Steel sequel.
