Judge overturns Terrence Howard’s divorce agreement

The ruling expected Monday will not end legal fighting between Howard and his ex-wife Michelle Ghent but a significant amount of money is at stake. Inside the span of a pair hours final week, Howard shifted from tearfully recounting threats Ghent made to him to leak personal info, together with years of telephone intercourse conversations with different ladies and a video of him dancing bare in a toilet, to bristling at questions that targeted on his arrests.

“The evidence of extortion or duress was unrebutted”, Lewis said. Twentieth Century Fox, which produces “Empire“, has asked another judge to figure out whether the actor or his ex-wife is entitled to more than $50,000 of his earnings from the show.
