“There was no physical contact whatsoever with this photographer, who was harassing my client and his friend”, said the actor’s representative, Alan Nierob, to the Telegraph in an email.
The alleged altercation took place outside Palace Verona Cinema in Paddington, Sydney, on Sunday.
Ms Miller has also alleged he called her a “dog” and a ‘c***’, among various other things.
“I’m not injured but I do think that his (Mel Gibson’s) behaviour is appalling and I don’t want to pull the female card but I am a female and I don’t think a male should speak to a female that way”.
Gibson recently travelled to Australia to begin work on Hacksaw Ridge, which stars Andrew Garfield as a conscientious objector during the Second World War.
Gibson and Ross had attended a screening of the film Far From Men as part of the AICE Israeli Film Festival.
Surry Hills police in Sydney is having an investigation on the case, no charges has been filed yet. “It was non-stop, he didn’t even breathe”, she reported.
Just moments after his picture was snapped, the ageing actor violently reportedly shoved the photographer who took it and blasted her with a tirade of profanity.
Miller said the actor stopped only when Ross, 24, intervened and apologised before walking away. “There was by no means any bodily by any means and the story being informed by her is an entire fabrication of the reality”. He recently won joint custody of 5-year-old Lucia, who arrived for a visit in Australia with her nanny last month. The actor was arrested in 2006 for allegedly drinking and driving, and for going on an anti-Semitic rant.
Mr Bienstock said he saw Gibson and his girlfriend walking on the street talking to the photographer.

The photographer says that Gibson’s attack was unprovoked and so violent that she even feared he would grab her and push her into traffic.
