Sprint is the first mobile carrier to bring this experience to a customer’s home, office or other location of their choosing, says Todd Ezrailson, a Sprint marketing manager based in the Phoenix area. Right now, the feature is available in 20 different markets including Minneapolis/St. Paul, Orlando, Phoenix, St. Louis, San Antonio, Seattle, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Houston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Tampa, Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas.

“It’s all about customer convenience”, Ezrailson told the Phoenix Business Journal.

“In today’s busy world, people are looking for ways to save time and make their lives easier”, said Kevin Kunkel, vice president of Sprint’s west region. “It’s more about their convenience and their schedule”.

Sprint customers living in Seattle now have access to an on-demand service from wherever they might be. Most will arrive in a Sprint-branded Fiat 500.

Sprint is expanding its Direct 2 You at-home sales, consultation and customer service to six metropolitan areas, including St. Louis. It will be in 22 metro areas as of Monday.

Along with the launch of the service in the new cities, Sprint has announced two special promotional schemes, including a special gift, which every customer, who “completes a Direct 2 You appointment” will be entitled to receiving. All a Sprint Direct 2 You customer needs to do to be eligible for the same, is to upload a picture of themselves with their Sprint D2Y representative to their Twitter or Instagram account, and include the hashtags #Direct2You and #Sweepstakesiii.
