Stephen Colbert’s ‘Late Show’ guests include George Clooney, Jeb Bush, Amy
For fellow CBS program “Late Late Show“, which is hosted by James Corden, guests this week will include actors Chris Tucker, Judy Greer, and Matt LeBlanc as well as singer Laura Marling and the band American Authors.

Not content to disrupt the way we move from Point A to Point B, tech CEO’s Elon Musk and Travis Kalanick will be disrupting our late-night comedy in the coming weeks.
Musically, Colbert will kick off his first show with his own band leader as the musical guest – a performance by Jon Batiste and Stay Human.
Analysts suggest that Colbert is trying to appear different from his late-night competition by brining in guests from the business and tech worlds along with the usual list of entertainment icons.
On September 9, actress Scarlett Johansson and SpaceX and Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk will appear, with Kendrick Lamar performing and being interviewed. Along with these two, Kendrick Lamar will also be interviewed and perform as well. Although Stephen King almost always has a book on the bestseller list (currently it’s the excellent mystery novel Finders Keepers), he doesn’t have any product pressing to be promoted, which leads me to think he and Colbert may venture into at least a few serious moments acknowledging that day’s anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, about which King has written in, among other places, his short story “The Things They Left Behind”.
