Police of Tokyo is on hunt for the disgusting man who splashed urine on girls and then ran off on his bike.

According to the report, this was not the first case like this, as in April the first similar case was reported but there was no any arrest because lack of evidence.
In this recent incident, the motorcyclist tried to throw the liquid on girl’s faces or on their heads before speeding off on his bike.
Five similar incidents have occurred within a mile of the first splash and police believe it is highly unlikely they were not carried out by the same man.
