Many parents are now engaging their children in learning activities during the summer. In my opinion, low turnover rates are one of the single most important factors in choosing a preschool. This seems to be bad planning that was not well thought out in advance.

In addition, many schools now in operation are in desperate need of immediate retrofitting and renovations in order to be up-to-date and meet the latest natural disaster codes.
Continuing education for teachers is important as well. The requirement, while in many ways arbitrary and shortsighted, remains the law and districts must comply with it. Last October, district officials sent an urgent e-mail to prospective substitutes offering them co-teaching jobs from Oct. 6 to Oct. 31. “It may be true enrollment went down in these programs nationally, but there are so many former teachers in the reserve pool”. Let’s completely reorient the national narrative about the teaching profession.
“Saying we don’t have the money for teacher pay raises is no longer an acceptable excuse”, Hime said in a news release. One has to ask why the dershanes sprung up in the first place. Why are students finding it necessary to turn to outside sources to be able to pass the required exams?

Sadly, I doubt if any improvements will be made in the near future in the education system in Turkey.
