Man Found With Rosie O’Donnell’s Missing Teenage Daughter Arrested

The prosecutor’s statement did not identify the minor but Barnegat police said Chelsea O’Donnell was found in Sheerer’s home. The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has charged the 25-year-old Steven M. Sheerer with endangering the welfare of a child and distribution of obscenity, according to Patch. According to her, she was drugged at that time and was told to sign a paper that she didn’t even understand. The young girl was apparently missing since August 11 and she was supposed to be with her 6-month-old therapy dog Bear.

On Wednesday, Rosie O’Donnell began tweeting about Sheerer’s history of criminal charges, which stem from a traffic stop following a two-month narcotics investigation in 2012. Consultation with Assistant Prosecutor Hillary Bryce resulted in the above charges being signed by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, O’Donnell had issues with Chelsea’s biological mother Deanna Micoley earlier this year when the 37-year-old woman told The National ENQUIRER that – in a heroin-fueled stupor in November 1997 – she was forced to give up the baby by her ex-husband. News just recently confirmed that 17-year old was found at the home of Steven Sheerer.

Officials executed a search warrant at Sheerer’s home, seized a computer and other digital equipment, and took him into custody. They allegedly discovered “inappropriate communications” that had occurred during the last a number of weeks between Sheerer and the minor.

Micoley claimed that her messages to her daughter has been withheld ever since she came back to the 53-year-old TV personality’s home.

His bail was set at $40,000 cash, and he faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted, authorities said.
