Ohio Gov. John Kasich remains in top 10 GOP presidential hopefuls

The poll has Biden edging out Clinton among democrats. She won the Democratic primary in the Buckeye State in 2008 when her campaign was on the ropes.

On Twitter today, Jeb Bush took aim at Clinton over her ongoing support for Planned Parenthood, the leading provider of abortions in America.

Clinton didn’t carry Cuyahoga County in that race, but with the support of former Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, she was able to hold the Obama margin of victory down, which propelled her to a statewide win.

Of 1,563 voters surveyed by Quinnipiac University, 178 said “liar” was the first thing that popped into their heads in association with Clinton – followed by 123 who chose “dishonest” and 93 who said “untrustworthy”. “There’s some times when she’s better at herself than others”. But the vulnerability is more on the left to Bernie Sanders or potentially Elizabeth Warren who is increasingly unlikely to take the plunge than to the current vice president. The rest of the Republican candidates are all the same, except for the “pizzazz and the hair”.

Responding to questions, Ms Clinton said there has been no back channel talks between her and the vice-president on this issue. See you on the campaign trail. It is a great reality TV show isn’t it?

“Everybody loves him but Hillary has established an organization and raised the money so that she really is very formidable for anybody”.

Meanwhile, Clinton has slammed Rubio and other Republicans for their positions on women’s issues and abortion, painting the candidates as out to touch.

“Extreme views about women, we expect that from some of the terrorists, we expect that from people who don’t want to live in the modern world”.

The Clinton comment drawing a swift response from Republicans.

That drew a rebuke from the Republican National Committee, which said she should apologize for “inflammatory rhetoric” and that “to equate her political opponents to terrorists is a new low for her flailing campaign”.

It’s a perception that’s haunting Clinton as she struggles to dig out from under her e-mail missteps, doubts about her handling of the Benghazi fiasco, and a sort of guilt-by-association with sketchy parts of the Clinton legacy.

Clinton regularly hits Republicans on women’s rights but Thursday’s line was a departure from her usual talking points.

That all changed during a rally for Clinton on Thursday in Cleveland, Ohio.
