A disabled man, Wo Guo, 45, has no arms, drove his car more than 100,000 miles just to prove that “he can drive well”.

But unfortunately he got banned by the policeman who pulled him up in a routine checkup.
The Chinese policeman who pulled him for check explained later that he was driving without any license. Not only this, he was using his left foot to steer the wheel while simultaneously using his right to use the brake, which was very dangerous for him.
Policeman also advised him to give up driving and employ someone to drive for him.
