Sting and The Dudley Boyz make surprise WWE Monday Night Raw returns

He then grabbed the World Heavyweight Title and held it up as the show ended. However, WWE saved the biggest return for the main event segment: Sting. This evening, he returned to WWE on Monday Night Raw and attacked Seth Rollins, which sets up a possible championship match at Night of Champions. Starting with his WWE debut at last year’s Survivor Series — during which he helped oust Triple H & Stephanie from power, albeit briefly—and culminating with his ruining of Rollins’ celebration, Sting has repeatedly made his presence felt. Sting celebrated and played to the crowd as Monday Night Raw went off the air.

Seth Rollins, 29, was on top of the world. The unveiling was meant to be the highlight Seth’s week, since he defeated John Cena in a “Winner Takes All” match at SummerSlam. HHH had promised this if Rollins had won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and WWE United States Championship after SummerSlam. Seth Rollins will face Sting for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at Night of Champions on September 20! Instead, Sting has come back for “The Authority”, and Rollins might be his best chance to get some revenge.

It appears that Wrestlemania 31 match against Triple H didn’t end their feud.

Steph and Triple H quickly got out of the ring. Now, Sting is about to have a second match with the corporate, and this time WWE’s prime title might be on the road.

“Rollins is a strong replacement and an in-ring foil befitting Sting’s legendary status in the business”.
