Man suing the call of duty game makers for portraying him as ‘murderer’ and ‘kidnapper’
A man, who served 17 years in an American correctional facility, is now suing the famous video game ‘call of duty’ makers for portraying him as ‘murderer’ and ‘kidnapper’.

According to the report, the man, whose name is Manuel Noriega, claims that the game company has used his face in the game as a “kidnapper, murderer and enemy of the state”.
A 13-page lawsuit, lodged at the Los Angeles Superior Court, is calling for damages for unjust enrichment, unfair business practices and violation of common-law publicity rights – but not libel.
