According to the report, Mr Placio, 36, stopped by the police for a regular checkup but soon they found that he was drunk.
Meanwhile, another police man who was checking his car, discovered 100 chickens, in which 58 were alive and unfortunately 42 were dead.
After a court’s hearing, he was banned from driving for next 15 years and also had to pay a penalty of $1000 with 180 days in prison.
Authorities later explained that the 42 chickens were crushed by the mass of their fellow chickens on them.
