Kim spent the night in jail after the cops arrived on scene and arrested her for theft, and posted her $5,000 bail the following day.

Prosecutors offered the following deal in court this morning: 3 years probation, 52 AA classes, and 30 days community labor. One stipulation of the agreement that still remains unresolved, however, is Richards’ lawyer’s request that his client serve community service as opposed to community labor.

Richards did not appear in court herself but escaped a possible two and a half year jail sentence.

What do you think about the “situation?”

Sources tell Radar that after ditching yet another rehab facility last weekend, Kim is now living with several different friends in the Los Angeles area.

The report went on to claim that Richard’s family had no clue of her whereabouts as of Wednesday evening. “She just bolted”. But RadarOnline.com has learned that in recent weeks, she’s been in talks with VH1 about a return to reality TV.

“Kim wasn’t interested in the concept, or what she would be doing, but needed to earn a paycheck”, said a source. Star Misses Court Date!

Another condition of the deal is that Kim also has to stay away from the Beverly Hills Hotel, which was previously one of her favorite hangouts.

“It was definitely against medical advice”, claimed the source. Once taken into custody, she reportedly kicked a police officer in the leg. The reality star was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting arrest and battery of a police officer.
