Not the Onion: Sarah Palin calls on immigrants to ‘speak American’

Sarah Palin knows the position she wants in a Donald Trump administration: Energy secretary. The 20,237-foot tall mountain was officially renamed by Congress in 1917 in honor of President William McKinley, who hailed from Ohio.

“It’s a benefit of Bush to be able to be so fluent, because we have a large and wonderful Hispanic population building America, and that’s a great connection he has with them”, Palin told CNN’s Jake Tapper in an interview that aired Sunday on “State of the Union”.

“Energy is my baby”, she said.

“There is some fear there of the unknown”, Palin said.

Addressing President Barack Obama’s identify change of Mt. McKinley, the very best peak in North America, again to its native Alaskan identify Denali final week, Palin admitted the difficulty is divisive even amongst Alaskans.

In one speech in Alaska, Obama said “any so-called leader who does not take this issue seriously, or treats it like a joke, is not fit to lead”.

“Obama was up here looking at the glaciers, and pointing out a glacier that was receding. He didn’t highlight that”.

“How about whereas he was up right here, he, as a president, carried an enormous stick, as an alternative of a selfie stick?” she stated.

Palin said, “Unlike most tourists, the President heads home now with his enormous fleet of transport vehicles – ironically after plenty of finger pointing on this Global Warming tour”. “I mean that’s what’s – let’s speak English and that’s a kind of a unifying aspect of the nation is the language that is understood by all”.

Palin also rejected criticism of Trump regarding his answers to questions on middle-eastern policy on a conservative radio show this week, saying she didn’t think the public “gave a flying flip” if a presidential candidate could not tell the difference between Iran’s Quds force and the Kurds.
