An elderly Polish couple have become Internet heroes after they bought tickets for one of London’s biggest nightclubs – then stayed out partying until the early hours of the morning.

Clearly inspired by them DJ Jacob Husley, who runs the event WetYourself, shared the post on Facebook with the touching message that no matter how old we get, if we’re in love and know how to have fun, then we’re on to a good thing. “They were a really jokey sort of couple”.
According to Husley, the couple chose to attend the club after reading reviews in the newspaper and ultimately enjoyed their experience. They were mainly sitting down.
He added: “She was really slow so he went a bit more into the dancefloor and got some dances with the young girls”.
“What an fantastic couple.so much humour, love and playfulness between these two”. At fabric last night and were both in their late seventies.
They had booked tickets to Fabric after reading a positive review in a Polish newspaper, according to a post on the club’s official Facebook page. He took them to the VIP section and gave them a free open bar and shots of tequila, but soon after they started asking for tea instead.
Husley says the couple took to the dancefloor to show off their ballroom-style moves, but they didn’t dance too long because the woman was using a crutch and “didn’t walk too well”.
“They were really happy, they loved the crowd, it was really, really great”.
“So much humour, love and playfulness between these two”.

Husley says he and his friends paid for the couple to take a taxi home at 5 a.m., so they didn’t have to wait for transit to start running at 6 a.m. Our bodies might age but our souls are timeless.
