A blindfolded Bindi Irwin dances a ideal Waltz on DWTS
The mom-of-two ditched her trainers in favour of a pair of chunky heeled lace up ankle boots to decide up her daughter from her Dancing With The Stars rehearsal on Sunday.

Well if DWTS isn’t dramatic enough, The Real panelist added a bit more shock and surprise when she made it to the show moments before she was supposed to perform – though she missed her individual routine.
Already a favourite of viewers and judges, Irwin and her dance partner, Derek Hough, performed a traditional Viennese waltz to the song “Roses And Violets” on this week’s episode. Hough had been trying to fight through the illness all week and was so sick he couldn’t even drive himself home from practices, but he kept trying to push through it for Irwin. He explained that he has had IVs of fluids and vitamins all week to try to get better and that he had been taking antibiotics and doing hot and cold saunas. “This dance has meant so much and it’s so attractive… and it feels so good that I can’t stop shaking every time I do it”, Irwin said. “I don’t know how he walked into that rehearsal room every day”. Irwin will be dancing blindfolded. It’s the third time Irwin and Hough earned a ideal score and they’re now topping the leaderboard based on average score.
As one of the judges commented, Bindi has come so far over the nine weeks of the competition, and the passion and emotion she pours into this latest dance is just staggering. I’ve grown up and I haven’t exactly watched many movies at all because there were other things to do.
“What I love about you is you take risks”. I need to give her a pep talk and keep her rocking. You’re the greatest big brother I could ever ask for.

“You are an extraordinary being, dancing extraordinarily”. Thank you for inspiring me each day.
