A boy who has been suffering from some rare health condition since by birth and due to that health condition, his hands increased to a giant size with weight around 8 kilogram of each.

Reports says that he got dismissed from the school as many other student get scared of his hand.
The boy, named Kaleem, lives in India with his parents.
His parents have been trying to find help for their son, but have struggled as they only earn £15 a month through 45-year-old father Shamim’s job as a laborer.
A local doctor said that the cause of his deformity is still unknown but it could be either lymphangioma or hamartoma.
He added that apart from the deformity, Kaleem is completely healthy by other aspects.
