It was the luckiest moment for the man who found the lost diamond which costs nearly $20,000.

According to the report, the diamond was blown into air, around 100,000ft – in a helium balloon as part of a PR stunt by online diamond retailer 77 Diamonds on August 7.
But somehow the balloon and the tracking device (fixed into the diamond case) got damaged, leaving the owner unable to track it down.
After nearly four months, the diamond was found by a dog walker, who later allowed to keep it with him.
The 75 year old retired lorry driver, Allan Bell, was very happy and said that both of his dogs will get a special treatment.
