According to the report, the cat, named Ralphee, was born with a neurological disorder known as feline cerebellar hypoplasia (CH) that affected her movement, but that didn’t stop the dog, named Max, from befriending her.
A video was uploaded on YouTube that shows both friends playing with each other with the description “Ever since Ralphee was brought home, Max is never far away”.
