According to the report, the workers of Animal Aid Centre in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, managed to save the dog by normally rubbing his body, which got covered with the black thick material, with vegetable oil.
The workers later explained that the dog’s body had become solid as he could not able move a bit, except his eyes, which was the only proof that he was alive.
Workers added that it took three days to make the tar removed completely from his body.
Animal Aid Center also created a video showing the dog covered in tar and the dog after becoming free from it.
