Fans of the hit TV show “The Walking Dead” can breathe easy.

– Norman Reedus of The Walking Dead was bitten at a fan convention in New Jersey.
Since the incident occurred the nibbler took to Instagram to apologize to Reedus; her die-hard fandom apparently made her possessed for a second. Surely Reedus has heard similar words before so they proceeded to taking the photos. His on-screen brother Michael Rooker was also in attendance and witnessed first-hand as one 48-year-old fan turned and bit Reedus on the chest.

Reedus, who did not press charges since the bite did not cause too much damage, posted a response on his Instagram. She was also forced to forfeit her two $100 photo op tickets and, probably the biggest blow, is banned from future “Walker Stalker Conventions” and events where Reedus will be present. The woman later posted an apology on Instagram, claiming “I don’t know what came over me”. It was captioned, “please don’t”. The incident started out normally, with the fan telling Reedus she liked to imagine being married to him.
