According to the report, this heavy missile was floated off to the policeman’s garden during the floods.
After being checked, two dogs were found from inside the missile’s chamber, who were later named as Belka and Strelka, on the name of two dogs who travelled into space.
The rocket engine’s real owner, Tatyana Zhdanova, later said that they were willing to put this heavy missile for auction as an antique piece but before this, it floated off to the policeman’s home.
The 16ft by 8ft missile was not dangerous for villagers as there was no fuel in the section, according to the Altai Science and Production Centre’s general director, Nikolai Dochilov.
