A Lawsuit Claims Hillary Clinton’s Emails Caused the Benghazi Attack
Amongst the four Americans killed was the ambassador Chris Stevens.

The lawsuit was filed by Patricia Smith, the mother of American U.S. Foreign Service member Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, father of American Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods.
They also say Clinton made “false and defamatory statements negligently, recklessly and purposefully and/or intentionally with malice”, in the wake of the attack, which left four United States citizens dead, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.
The parents of two American CIA contractors killed in an attack in Libya are suing Hillary Clinton over their deaths. “I blame Hillary Clinton personally”, she said.
The lawsuit also accuses Mrs. Clinton of defamation and the infliction of distress, and seeks damages from her on that score too.
While secretary of state, Clinton conducted official government business on a private server at her home, which critics say exposed official USA correspondence to possible hacking attacks from foreign governments and terror operatives.
Mrs. Clinton was accused by FBI Director James B. Comey of being “extremely careless” in her handling of classified information by putting it on an unsecured server. “And it’s sad to say, but just to vindicate those and vindicate us, that the Russians or somebody did hack into it and has that information, and then we can show and and expose how she is”.
Clinton turned over some 30,000 emails to State Department officials after she stepped down from the job three years ago. Due to Hillary communicating on this private unsecured server, the suit implies that information was gathered by terrorists that gave them the location of the Ambassador and the other people involved in the Benghazi operations.

The Democratic nominee’s campaign added that “there have been nine different investigations into this attack and none found any evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing on the part of Hillary Clinton”. But they said that in later interviews she denied making such a statement and implied that the recollection of the parents was incorrect. Doherty’s mother told the San Diego Union-Tribune that she was surprised by the lawsuit and she does not blame Clinton for her son’s death.
