Couch received 10-years probation in an intoxication manslaughter case because a psychologist testified about his dysfunctional relationship with his parents that left him without a sense of responsibility.

The mother of the teenager whose drunk driving trial included a defense witness saying that he was afflicted with “affluenza” has been listed as a missing person, making her part of the investigation into his probation violation, ABC News reported.

The FBI, U.S. Marshals Service and police departments across the country are also on the lookout for Couch. We’re going to come after you.

Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson has said Couch’s father, Fred Couch, told investigators that he hasn’t heard from his son or ex-wife in about two weeks. One of them appears to be Couch, and if found to be drinking, his parole could be revoked and a 10-year prison sentence could be imposed.

Due to the wealth of the Couch family, officials say the search could take a long time. “He’s going to be looking over his shoulder wherever he is”. Here are a few questions surrounding the case involving 18-year-old Ethan Couch. The person who posted the video claimed Couch, who can not drink or use drugs and drive, was in the video and was violating his court terms. “We don’t care where he goes, how far he goes”.

Prosecutors said his alcohol level was three times the legal limit when he caused the chain reaction crash in Burleson.

A group of people were gathered on the side of the road south of Forth Worth, Texas, when Couch crashed into them.

The crash killed a mother, 52, and a daughter, 21, a youth pastor, 41, and a young chef whose auto had a blown-out tire, 24.

This time around, Couch’s defense team told the Morning News that it has not been in contact with their missing client. Twelve others were hurt, including two critically injured teens who were among seven people riding in Couch’s pickup.

Authorities suggested to the paper that they’re anxiously awaiting seeing Couch in custody.

“We are only assuming that they’re together”, Grisham said. “He’s going to see what the big-boy jail is like”.
