A machine that converts waste products like milk, syrup and bits of fruit into energy
A machine is being used in an ice cream factory of Netherlands that converts waste products like milk, syrup and bits of fruits into energy.

According to the report, the machine, named as Chunkinator, which is the brain-child of the ice-cream visionaries and lifelong environmentalists behind Ben & Jerry’s, converts the waste material into energy.
The company officials explained that this machine eats the waste product directly without even going through several costly refining methods and produce biogas, which is definitely a vital source of energy.
An engineer who operates the machine, Arjan Vloon, said “The bio-digester gives us the opportunity to take what was a waste product and turn it into a benefit for our business”.
