A nine month old kid who can’t even hold his milk bottle properly, appeared in court because he was accused of planning a murder.

According to the report, the Pakistani police claimed that the kid, Muhammad Mosa Khan, with other members of family attacked on them when they were raided at their home to find gas thieves in Lahore.
However, the case dismissed immediately after knowing that the kid was of just nine months old by saying ‘how a nine month old can do this’.
The sub-inspector Kashif Ahmed was also suspended for registering the case against the child.
Later, police admitted that all this incident happened because of a big misunderstandings.
