According to the report, Scott Watson, who was on tour of Welsh capital with his few friends few days back. One day in drunk condition, he gave his one shoe to a taxi driver asking him to take it on a tour of the city before mailing it back to him.
But the incident became more interesting when the taxi driver sent the shoe back to him with a note saying “‘As I am a man of my word I have done, so I hope it reaches you ok and I hope the two of you got home ok. Take care, David”.
Now, after the incident, Scott is desperate to find David so he can thank him personally.
