A standard home in which toilet is fixed in between kitchen: council ordered to demolish it

A homeowner in near Cambridge, designed a 3 bedded flat by beating all the home planning laws mentioned by government. He fixed a toilet in between kitchen’s cooker and sink.

The homeowner, Tony Waite, 68, said that initially he built a music room, but later he converted into a 3 bedroom flat with a kitchen and bathroom.

When council person came to know about this design of home with toilet inside the kitchen, they ordered to demolish the structure. But Mr Tony is now planning put an appeal against this order.

Mr Tony, defending himself, said, “The kitchen was temporary and was moved into the shed holding the toilet so the tenants didn’t have to all use the kitchen in the main house”. He added that he will not let his tenants become homeless.
