Gore will be the main host, kicking off the presentations from the foot of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Al Gore says it’s too early to endorse anyone in the 2016 Democratic race, including Hillary Clinton.

The event, which is being live-streamed today through Saturday, November 14, at 24HoursofReality.org, is called “24 Hours of Reality and Live Earth: The World Is Watching”.

The event “is about making sure the people of the world are informed and engaged so that they can make their voices heard in their capitals and at the negotiating table in Paris”, said Gore, who is the chairman of The Climate Reality Project, in a press release.

Al Gore sent his condolences to the families affected with the deadly terrorist attacks, with over 80 deaths reported from a Rock concert where the band Eagles of Death Metal was performing.

Elton John and Bon Jovi will headline a 24-hour performance this month aimed at urging environmental action ahead of key climate change talks in Paris, organizers said Monday.

Gore, who has become an outspoken climate activist, timed the event for three weeks before world leaders are scheduled to meet in Paris for a United Nations event in the hopes of reaching an worldwide agreement to cut greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change.
