A woman tried to sue lawyers because they didn’t explained that divorce settlement would end her marriage
A lady tried to sue two lawyers, who were helping her in divorce settlement case, by saying that they didn’t explained that divorce settlement would end her marriage.

The lady, Jane Mulcahy, said that both her lawyers did not make it clear that what the outcomes will be of this divorce settlement?
She claimed that judicial separation, which is less severe than divorce, should have been recommended instead.

When this case came in front of the Lord Justice Briggs, he said that Ms Mulcahy’s claim was a ‘striking’ one and her case was rejected by the court.
