A WWE Survivor Series 2015 Preview – Roman Reigns or Dean Ambrose?

Roman Reigns jumped out to a giant -6000 favorite to move to the WWE World Heavyweight Title Tournament, while Dean Ambrose moved to a -1500 favorite over Kevin Owens. “No terrorist, nobody’s going to tell me what to do”.

Reigns ended up getting back to his feet, but after missing a Superman punch, Sheamus caught Reigns with another Brogue Kick and immediately covered him again.

While it was a good night for Sheamus, Survivor Series took a toll on the momentum of the WWE’s midcard. At WrestleMania 31, Reigns was originally booked to slay Brock Lesnar, until the decision was made to have Rollins cash-in his Money in the Bank contract.

The WWE is likely running with a Reigns and Sheamus program for at least the next month as the leader of the Roman Empire is due a rematch for the gold. The match was by far the best Del Rio WWE match that I can remember. In his mind, there’s a second main event that’s just as important – The Undertaker and Kane vs. The Wyatt Family. Reigns won after spearing Del Rio as Del Rio came off of the top. Roman Reigns defeated Alberto Del Rio in the semi-finals in a great match. Dean Ambrose wins with the Dirty Deeds. Reigns’ is winning this match.

But, in the interest of examining what Ambrose’s first world championship win would mean for him, assume Ambrose does advance past Owens and into the finals. With his brother by his side, can The Undertaker continue his 25 years of dominance or will The Wyatt Family prove that The Undertaker & Kane are no longer the most dominant force in WWE? After Bray Wyatt made a decision to take the lead, Luke Harper (surprisingly) was picked over Braun Strowman and the fleeing Erick Rowan who tried to get things started and paid dearly for it. The match will be tables, ladders and chairs.

Owens looked the favorite in the beginning but Ambrose took control of the match by diving out of the ring to take out an unsuspecting Owens before later pinning him with Dirty Deeds.

After losing to Lesnar at “Hell in A Cell”, Undertaker may be looking for retribution. We also get a Diva’s title defense and the yearly Survivor Series match, however, the participants of that match are yet to be determined.
