Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, who turned 51 today (March 14), celebrated his birthday with media. The actor held a press conference at his Bandra residence and cut a cake for the special occasion. “If I could buy it and gift it to my mother that is my biggest wish this year” says Aamir Khan. My mother is over 80 now and I have been thinking about this for some time.

His first birthday wish for the day came from his four year old toddler Azad Rao. “It would make me very happy, if I could have a home in Banaras”, he said.
Calling Varanasi “extremely lovely and historic”, Aamir said he can’t wait to have a house there.
“In “Dangal” I had gained weight, up to 95 kgs. The portions where I was fat have been completed, so I’ve started reducing”.
The actor was in the USA for the past three weeks to achieve his new look to essay the younger version of the wrestler. “No matter what I do they will question”, Aamir said when asked about it. The PK star said he avoids negativity and instead focuses on positive aspects. I was in a 32-hour flight. “We had an argument about it, but he is insisting that I should start eating fish for the next 3-4 months”. Aamir also spoke about his definition of patriotism and commented that those who questioned his statement on “intolerance” were those who were already biased against him.
He also said that he valued and respected the 27-year relationship he shares with his viewers.

Aamir bulked up his body to portray the role of a wrestler in his upcoming release Dangal. Slashing the rumour that his film will have an August 15 release date, Khan said, “No it’s a rumour”.
