Escalating his assault on the Narendra Modi authorities, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief on Friday tweeted: “A CBI officer informed me yest that CBI has been requested to goal all opp events n end those who do not fall in line”.

“Arun Jaitley has used DDCA for his benefit, he has tried to hide the corruption”, the AAP leader alleged, saying “it is impossible that the DDCA scam can be probed if Jaitley continues as FM”. “Can he do what Kejriwalji did to his tainted minister?” I want to say that he is lying about his involvement in the irregularities in the DDCA, ” AAP spokesperson Ashutosh flanked by party leaders Sanjay Singh and Dilip Pandey, told a news conference here.
“I am grateful to Arvind Kejriwal who is the first CM of Delhi who has taken a step to look into corruption of DDCA”.
Following which the Delhi Chief Minister alleged that CBI officials searched his room too and read files related to the DDCA whose affairs he had ordered to be probed. The CBI denied entering his room.
Posing a question at Jaitley at a press conference here, the AAP leader asked the former DDCA president to name members of a private firm, 21st Century, and wanted to know if it had any of his relatives. Arun Jaitley wrote in his blog, Rs 114 crores was spent on the stadium.
“If Jaitley were (to be) let off without investigations on (the) basis of his press denial, then should all coal and 2G (scandal) accused also be similarly let off?” “Free speech is unquestionably a pre-eminent fundamental right, but does free speech include the right to speak only falsehood?”
Calling Jaitley a “master of half truth and lovely lies”, AAP leader Ashutosh made certain fresh allegations against the Finance Minister and said his comments that there was no specific charges against him was “misleading”. “The [Delhi] Cm raised two pleas”.
The party seems to be taking no prisoners as it goes all out against the Finance Minister after the CBI raid on the the Delhi government’s principal secretary’s office.
Coaching weapons on Jaitley, Ashutosh stated the Union finance minister ought to come clear on the alleged irregularities within the Delhi and District Cricket Affiliation.

After AAP launched a sharp attack on Jaitley, BJP fielded Smriti Irani to mount a counter attack in which she described the charges as a “blasphemous and preposterous campaign bordering on political hysteria” being created to deflect the public attention from a “corrupt officer” working with Delhi Chief Minister Arvin Kejriwal.
