Aam Aadmi Party lawmaker Prakash Jarwal has been arrested for allegedly misbehaving with a woman, reports ANI.

It’s the second such case against an AAP legislator in a fortnight.
Jarwal, who represents Deoli constituency in the Delhi assembly, has denied the charge.
The FIR in connection with Jarwal’s matter was registered on Wednesday on the basis of the complaint by the married woman who lives in Sangam Vihar area, a police official said. “He knows me. He had threatened me before but this time he molested and threatened me again”, the woman stated in her complaint.
The victim engineer of DJB alleged that he was asked by an associate of legislator to stop the work because it was to be inaugurated by Jarwal.
Meanwhile, Mr Jarwal posted on Twitter: “Molestation of women against me is baseless”. On seeing me, some of his goons said that the MLA would fix me today. The MLA went on to push her by her chest, nearly causing her to fall, she added in her complaint.
Within minutes, Mr. Jarwal, a Delhi Jal Board member, arrived there and began abusing her, she alleged.
A case under IPC section 295 A (deliberate and malicious acts, meant to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) was registered against Khetan at Civil Lines police station in Amritsar. “They have told me that they are not being let to do their regular job and are getting frustrated because of it. They say they get daily orders to target different AAP MLAs”, Mishra said.

Giving his side of the story, Mr. Jarwal said that the woman did visit the DJB office, but on June 3 and not a day earlier as claimed by her.
