A local resident close to AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya told FE online that Gupta Colony in Sangam Vihar is still in the grip of acute water shortage.

Mohaniya, however, denied the incident took place and told ANI, “There is no videographic or photographic proof to back their allegation”. When we went there, the MLA started abusing me and called me names.
Leader of Opposition and party MLA Vijender Gupta, on whose complaint the ACB registered the FIR, claimed the “scam” was going on as the monthly payments to the contractors were being made and the government has not taken any action against any official or the “guilty” contractors.
MLA, Dinesh Mohaniya, has been booked by the Delhi Police for misbehaving with women. The workers at his office came and started misbehaving with me. The FIR was filed under IPC Section 506 (criminal intimidation), Section 509 (word, gesture or act meant to insult the modesty of a woman) and Section 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), according to The Indian Express. The allegations put by the complainant have raised several eyebrows as she also claims that Mohaniya even hurled several filthy abuses on her.
AAP MLA Somnath Bharti is also under investigation for abusing his wife and attempting to kill her.
“We want a case against Dinesh Mohaniya, he should be arrested”, the women said in a statement. Are we here to be beaten up?

Banu alleged that the workers demanded money to send a tanker to their locality and that she recorded the conversation. We had just demanded a water connection for Sangam Vihar as we were promised one, but nothing has been done till now.
