According to the judge’s order, representatives for the Center for Medical Progress must appear before the judge August 3 to answer why CMP, its leaders, attorneys and employees “should not be enjoined and restrained from engaging in, committing, or performing, directly or indirectly”, the publishing of more secretly recorded videos containing confidential information learned at NAF meetings, disclosing the dates and locations of future NAF meetings, disclosing the names and addresses of any NAF members, or attempting to gain access to any future federation meetings. “And you can’t help but recoil at the cavalier attitude of these Planned Parenthood doctors as they discuss the “intervention” on a fetus and the prices of body organs while sipping wine and eating salad. These forms of experimentation always constitute a grave moral disorder”.

Daleiden said the group met with “top leadership” at StemExpress, a biotech company that supposedly partners with Planned Parenthood on the harvesting of fetal tissue.

“I think the part that was upsetting to people was the way that people were speaking of it, but I feel like that’s what doctors and scientists have to do at a certain point to distance themselves from a lot of the the hard things they have to deal with in their professions”, said Syracuse resident Shauna Dahlke. “Congress should act in accordance with the findings of such an investigation”. “And Planned Parenthood has indicated that’s what has occurred here”.

The law also states that “the term “valuable consideration” does not include reasonable payments associated with the transportation, implantation, processing, preservation, quality control or storage of human fetal tissue”. “However, clear guidelines should be established to define the terms of the law and set limits”. Further, he claimed the officials made a shocking admission. She no longer works at the clinic.

The next step for Republican is to try to take federal funding away with new legislation. Planned Parenthood insists it is donating, not selling, fetal tissue; it does not profit from those donations in any way beyond recouping costs; and its actions are legal.

Planned Parenthood has called the latest in a series of undercover videos released by the center misleading and heavily edited.

Dawn Laguens, executive vice president of Planned Parenthood said recently in an interview on CNN “when they talk about de-funding, they’re talking about cutting off women from breast exams, cancer screens, birth control”.

The federation says the Center for Medical Progress infiltrated its meetings and recorded its members. She called it part of a smear campaign “by extremists whose focus is banning abortion and preventing women from accessing vital health care services at Planned Parenthood health centers”.
