The study, which pulled data from the U.S. Census Bureau, showed the uninsured rate pre-Obamacare was 15.5 percent and has fallen to a current rate of 11.7 percent, with more than 10.6 milloin people gaining health insurance coverage.
In accordance to the report, Tennessee’s rate of uninsured residents dropped barely, from 13 % to 12 %, even with out expanding Medicaid.
