ACA insurance enrollment brisk in final days before deadline

State residents can choose from an average of 38 plans from five insurers: Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, AmeriHealth of New Jersey, United Healthcare, Oscar Health Insurance and Health Republic Insurance of New Jersey. CHA members must act by December 31st to have coverage effective on January 1st, 2016.
