Miss Flounders told the jury that Johnson had told her “everything” when he returned home from the police station.

She replied: “Yeah, yeah I did”.
Asked if he talked about other things, she said: “The other women that he cheated on me with”.
Orlando Pownall QC, defending, asked Miss Flounders about the future of their relationship, and she replied: “We’re just going to remain friends”.
She said: “I dunno, my head was all over the place”.
She said she even wished the girl happy birthday in 2014.
Stacey Flounders appeared as a defence witness at Johnson’s child sex offence trial in Bradford today.
When asked about other woman Johnson had been with, she said: “With me being paranoid – he told us [me]. We just had a daughter I wanted to be a family”.
In the evidence of DI Kimberly Walton last week, the court heard that Johnson said “she told me she was 16” as officers led him away from his home.
In a third question about their relationship, he asked: ‘Do you see any future in the relationship that you had?’.
Miss Flounders said the schoolgirl began contacting her on Twitter.
Miss Flounders and Johnson, who had been together for five years, welcomed their baby daughter into the world in January 2015. He first met the girl to sign a couple of shirts for her and then they exchanged a few messages in order to have another date, when he could have a “thank you kiss”.
These details included whether the pair kissed passionately for two minutes, that he caressed her body, that he set up a Snapchat account for the girl, that he asked her for naked photos and that he told her he wanted to get her jeans off.
The prosecutor asked: “When you told the police that being arrested was the worst day of your life, that’s how you felt, wasn’t it?”
Each time, in a quiet voice, Miss Flounders said: “No”.
At the time, she confirmed that she remained in a relationship with him.
The court also heard that Miss Flounders’ mother gave an interview to a national newspaper on Johnson’s arrest, saying that he was “100% innocent” and that he was a “lovely lad”.

During this morning’s proceedings, Miss Flounders also told the court how she and Johnson had separated as a couple, but were “going to remain friends”.
“He was actually in shock and he realised what he did”.
But Miss Flounders told the court that her mother had not spoken to her at the time adding: ‘I knew he had done something wrong’.
She responded: “Do you mean now?”
He just said he was being stupid’.
Flounders was also questioned over Johnson’s pubic hair which has become a contentious issue.
She said she had never seen his pubic area shaved.
When asked her reaction to Johnson’s arrest, she added: “When he said the alleged victim’s name, I recognised it through Twitter – then asked how old she was”.
After she agreed, the witness said: “He would trim his pubic area but it wasn’t that short”.

She replied: “He was honest with me, I knew he was willing to do that”.
