Adam Levine Shaves Head, Internet Freaks Out

ADAM Levine debuted a scary new look on The Voice United States – a shaved head, and it sent the internet into a tailspin. The pilot stems from the first-look deal Levine inked with NBC for 222 Prods., his company with longtime manager/producing partner Jordan Feldstein.

“@blakeshelton If you rub Adams head you’ll probably get 100 years of good luck, I think you should try it…”

There was an elephant in the room when “The Voice” returned for its first episode of battle rounds, that elephant was Adam Levine’s big, shiny bald head!

Levine’s fellow coaches on “The Voice” could not stop making fun of the singer.

Seeing the harsh reaction on social media, the Moves Like Jagger singer took to Twitter, defending his decision to go bald.

While the #AdamsBald hashtag was building momentum, Adam tweeted: “Excuse me”.

At one point, Shelton even said that Levine resembled a few fiction and non-fiction characters like the Indian peace leader Gandhi, Austin Powers’ antagonist Dr. Evil and DC Comics antagonist Lex Luthor.

He tweeted at the time: “I shaved my head”. “Meaning, shaved by choice”.
