Adele’s “Carpool Karaoke” Segment Breaks YouTube Record
The British pop superstar’s appearance on The Late Late Show host’s signature bit has surpassed 67.5 million views on YouTube, making it the most-watched late-night clip ever on the video site.

James Corden and Adele make a pretty hilarious couple in a vehicle, but the duo are also terrific at breaking records.
Carpool Karaoke has become a signature segment for Corden, who traveled the streets of Los Angeles with the great Elton John in the post-Super Bowl Late Late Show on Sunday.
According to data from Tubular Labs, within its first five days on YouTube the video of Corden and Adele singing had generated 42 million views.
During a recorded auto ride with James Corden, Adele does Minaj proud, covering the rapper’s “Monster” with a gusto that would put other karaoke enthusiasts (and even some rappers – yeah, we said it) to shame.
“To sing “Tiny Dancer” with Elton John in a vehicle, you just think: If this was an auction prize, it would go for hundreds of thousands of dollars”.
