In one day, the video reportedly grabbed 1 million views and had a steady increase every day that lead to the current over 100 million views.

‘If anyone deserves it, it’s Adele and that song, ‘ said Susanne Daniels, the head of original programming at YouTube.
They include Maroon 5’s Sugar, Major Lazer’s Lean On, OneRepublic’s Counting Stars, LMFAO’s Party Rock and Sia’s Chandelier.
British singer, Adele’s recent album managed to gain ample attention from her loyal fan base after the singer rolled out with her first single, “Hello”.
“While one billion views is rare, it’s occurring at a faster rate”.
Records aside, Adele was happy about how the Hello video turned out. Platinum was for a million sales.
