Adele’s new album is finally coming to Apple Music and Spotify
A full seven months since its retail release on November 20, Adele’s 25 is finally headed to streaming services. Beyoncé and Kanye West made their latest albums available exclusively from Tidal for a while, and Taylor Swift and Radiohead have criticised streaming services publicly in the past. “It’s a bit disposable, streaming”.

Now, it seems, she may have come to a decision. The previous record was set by *NSYNC’s No Strings Attached in 2000, which sold 2.42 million copies in its first week.
Whether this could fuel another rise up the charts for Adele’s 25 remains to be seen. The album will be available on Spotify and Apple Music tonight at midnight (Thursday night/Friday morning), according to Billboard.
She told The Today Show at the time: ‘I’m certainly not one for, like, kind of spicing things up.
The album, which will be available to members on Friday, includes the songs Hello and When We Were Young. This isn’t a full refute of streaming services, rather just a delay so that all the fans can buy the album and maximise profits and then later as sales drop other interested parties can listen for free/on their subscription through streaming services.
However she later suggested that her new music would “probably” appear on both services in the future.
It may feel like a “Million Years Ago” since Adele put out her knockout record 25.

With the three singles off 25 having already made their way onto the different streaming services, it was perhaps just a matter of time before the rest of the tracks joined the streaming revolution. After the trial ends, pay $9.99 per month or purchase the Family Plan (up to six members), which uses Family Sharing via iCloud, for $14.99. A free ad-version of the service is also available.
