“This is the music event of the year and I’m thrilled to be part of bringing it to BBC One” says Graham.

Good news for Adele fans – just when you’d started to recover from the reveal of her latest single Hello and the announcement of her forthcoming album 25, the singer has announced a special one-off concert in conjunction with the BBC.

The BBC have a long history with Adele, airing the first ever play of her hits Daydreamer and Hometown Glory.

“I can’t wait”, the record-breaking and multi-award winning singer said about the news. “Graham and I get on great so it’s going to be a laugh”.

Meanwhile Graham added: “This opportunity to spend an hour with Adele, her music and her stories is a truly rate treat”.

Considering that “Hello” is the first single and video released from Adele in 3 years the excitement is understandable and it was only a matter of time until the dialogue in the background of the music video was deciphered.

Tickets will be allocated via a ballot, and applications are open now on the BBC Music website.

Adele will also sit down with Norton to chat about her career and life to date.

“The Kanye song I did, we never finished it. It just was kind of in a different direction, but they definitely gave it two cents of the album”. Adele arrives in the countryside and takes out her flip phone to try and make a call, but it does not seem as if the other person on the line can hear her. She delivers an ode to the Verizon wireless commercials of old as her signal drops. No matter what this album does, my next record’s going to be following 21.
