At the Oculus Connect event in Hollywood, Califorina today, Three One Zero, the developers of ADR1FT announced that the game will now launch alongside the Oculus headset during Q1 2016. Said to be hand-selected by Oculus as a premier launch title it will be released on the day the Oculus Rift is released to the public.

Oculus VR staff identified Adrift as a flawless launch game for their long awaited VR system, and Palmer Luckey’s company will support the Three Zero team in the development and implementation of support for Oculus.
“I’m very happy to be partnering with 505 Games for ADR1FT” said Orth.

Oculus has confirmed that the first version of its mobile SDK will be released to devs later this year.
