Perry was playing with supergroup Hollywood Vampires, alongside bandmates Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp, when the accident occurred. The New York Police Department told ABC News that once Perry’s condition was stable he was transferred to the city’s Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
Perry, of Aerosmith, was admitted to Coney Island Hospital and undergoing tests after the collapse.
Fans took to Twitter on Sunday night to send their best wishes to Joe Perry.
Cooper tweeted, saying “our brother” Perry was stable and with family. The second video is a new angle of Perry actually leaving the stage. The 65-year-old was seen shredding on his guitar at the Ford Amphitheater at the Coney Island Boardwalk.
A reassuring message was also posted to the band’s Twitter account that read: “Joe Perry is stable and resting”.
“Thanks to everyone asking about our brother @JoePerry”.
Later that night, the band gave its fans an update about Joe Perry’s medical condition.
Band members and representatives of the artists have confirmed that Perry is now stable and being treated after the happening on the Coney Island Boardwalk. Plus, they also have a scheduled live appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” tonight.

Cooper later said that Hollywood Vampires would go ahead with their tour, with the next date due Tuesday night in a suburb of Dayton, Ohio.
