A bombing on West 23rd Street in Manhattan on Saturday night left 29 people injured.

A criminal complaint was unsealed Tuesday in Newark, New Jersey, shortly after a virtually identical filing was unsealed in NY.

Police captured Rahami in New Jersey on Monday after shooting him in the leg during a shootout.

There was no immediate word on whether the devices were similar to those in nearby Seaside Park or New York City.

Investigators announced Sunday that they linked Rahami to the explosives through a fingerprint. A cell phone connected to the pressure cooker also provided some clues, the official said.

A federal official told the Los Angeles Times that Rahami had taken at least three trips to Pakistan and Afghanistan since 2014 for months at a time. They are looking into whether he was radicalized overseas.

Mr Rahami is also suspected of planting a bomb that exploded on the New Jersey shore on Saturday, a device found near the NY blast, and up to six more devices found near the Elizabeth train station on Sunday night.

She says along with investigations, authorities must connect with members of various communities to find out who the terrorists are. He was never convicted.

Rahami was wounded after exchanging fire with police officers on East Elizabeth Ave in Linden and subsequently taken into police custody. Investigators searched the building Monday, Bollwage said.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said he “bets” bombing suspect Ahmad Khan Rahami was probably not listed on a terror watch list because his family brought “a lot of litigation” against “different people”. Fox News is told that she voluntarily gave a statement to US officials in the United Arab Emirates. On the trip, he reportedly married a Pakistani woman and is believed to have brought her to the United States with their child.

Harinder Bains called the police when he saw Afghan-American Ahmad Khan sleeping in the doorway of his bar.

The New York Times confirmed Mr Rahami’s account with officials, who said the investigation ended when he withdrew his accusations.
