Afghan helicopter crash: RAF dead named

An Air Force major assigned to the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs was killed Sunday in an Afghanistan helicopter crash that also left four others dead.

His commanding officer, Wing Cdr Toby Sawbridge, said he was “my “go to” man for all crewman issues and his honest and direct approach was always welcomed”.
