Brown was arrested Tuesday following an hours long standoff with police in which the 27-year-old remained inside his hilltop Tarzana home as authorities awaited a warrant to enter. However, the singer was released on $250,000 bail Tuesday evening, NBC Los Angeles is reporting. The police said Brown was cooperative and did not confirm whether weapons were recovered from the home.

Brown’s alleged victim, Baylee Curran claimed Brown suddenly became angry, pointed a gun, and shouted at her to leave the Southern California property on August 30. Curran ran out of the house with a friend, but she had to wait outside until one of Brown’s people could return her phone. The associate then began “cussing, yelling, calling me names, saying, ‘Get away from the diamonds, ‘” Curran said. You got just positive people around and you look outside and it’s like a war zone for no reason for somebody, some stranger said about something that don’t got nothing to do with nothing.

Police arrived to the scene after a woman, model Baylee Curran, called 911 to report Brown pointed a gun at her after he argued with the woman for admiring a piece of jewelry, TMZ reported. Later on, he told the host, “Everything you’re saying is ridiculous to me”.
Before he threw the bag out of the window, Brown posted a series of now-deleted videos to his Instagram addressing the incident and its subsequent fall-out.
During the standoff, Brown posted to social media, maintaining his innocence.
Baylee Curran, who was crowned Miss California Regional in a beauty pageant this year, identified herself as the caller as she also took to Instagram.

A police spokesman said during press conference Tuesday afternoon that a search warrant had been obtained. Police said she was not inside the home in the San Fernando Valley. “Something to that sort of ‘I’m gonna pop a cap.’ I don’t know”.
